Job summary

MITSUI-SOKO (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will lead a delivery team, ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You should have strong leadership, forklift certification, and the ability to work under pressure. The role emphasizes safety compliance, effective communication, and collaboration with logistics partners to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or higher.
• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience.
• Valid forklift license.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

• Ensure daily deliveries are met and all completed orders are dispatched on time.
• Ensure that delivery team inspect goods to be delivered and that they are in the right quantity and quality.
• Analyze, resolve delivery issues and recommend solution.
• Assist in various warehouse operational task (such as Pick & Pack), stock count & general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain proper inventory control and accuracy with proper handling filing and transaction records.
• Adhere to all safety policy and procedures.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Forklift license


• Self-motivated and energetic


• Able to work well independently under pressure


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Familiar with and follow safety requirements


• Willing to perform overtime as and when required
