Job summary

CONNECT DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Singapore facility. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while maintaining accuracy and tidiness across all stock.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse management, MS Excel/Word proficiency, and a valid forklift license. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure safe, efficient storage and handling of goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level.
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Valid forklift license.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• To provide operational support for all other departments including receiving, releasing, picking, packing, storage and housekeeping.
• Ensure accuracy of quantities for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Report shortages, damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or other warehouse issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of packaging materials to prevent damage and wastage.
• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance is done.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Perform stock take activities and submit report on the status.
• Ensure proper identification, segregation and label for all stock materials for easy retrieval.
• Plan, organize stock in allocated location for efficient maintenance and stock control.
• Work with suppliers, delivery courier, our mechanic team and other departments (if any) for checking documentation.
• Enforce safety at workplace at all times.
• Other ad-hock duties as assigned as and when required.
