Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte Ltd seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and administrative duties to achieve operational excellence. You will oversee inbound/outbound processes and coordinate with teams to meet customer expectations.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics with at least 2 years in supervision, proficiency in SAP/WMS, and strong communication and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: GCE O' level or NITEC
• Minimum 3–5 years in logistics/3PL/Contract Logistics
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS and MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lead an operation/admin team
• Strong leadership skills
• Meticulous with solid planning and analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Outlook and email communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations and related administrative tasks
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities and related operations
• Monitor day-to-day activities to meet customer expectations
• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team per customer requirements
• Assist quality control and drive continuous improvement
• Support deliveries and shipments in daily operations
• Serve as point of contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle customer/supplier inquiries via phone or email
• Ensure inventory transactions are recorded timely and stock accuracy maintained
• Plan and conduct periodic stock quantity cycle counts per SOP
• Maintain office areas and assist on related tasks
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Job description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, the incumbent will lead and manage an both warehouse related operations and administration to achieve operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations and process efficiency and effectiveness.
• To manage inbound and outbound and all related operations activities
• Monitor day-to-day operation activities to ensure warehouse operations meet the customers’ expectation.
• To communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Assist with quality control and continuous improvement of the warehouse.
• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse environment by performing monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
• Be the contact point with internal and external stakeholder on warehouse operation arrangement.
• To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
• To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company’s SOP.
• To ensure office areas are well maintained.
• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / NITEC in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 3~5 years of related working experience in logistics / 3PL / Contract Logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with the usage of computers such as Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and SAP system.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage an operation/admin team.
• Strong leadership skills
• Meticulous, good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
