Job summary

Our Client in Logistics seeks a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a small team, ensuring procedures are followed. You will coordinate tasks, monitor workflows, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory warehousing experience, strong MS Office and ERP/WMS familiarity, and a GCE O Level. Competitive base pay up to SGD 3,500 with shift allowances, OT, AWS and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing operations.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP and WMS systems.
• GCE O Level or equivalent educational background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily warehouse and administrative operations.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and verify petty cash and supplier invoices.
• Authorize overtime as required.

• Multiple locations in West(co tpt provided)
• UP $3500 Basic + Shift Allowance + OT + Sign-On Bonus + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily warehouse and administrative operations
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure they adhere to operational procedures
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and verify petty cash transactions and supplier invoices
• Authorize overtime as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Minimum 2 years of Supervisory experience in Warehousing Operations
• Familiar with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA), ERP & WMS
