Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and manage the team. You will coordinate inbound/outbound activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics and 2–3 years of warehouse experience; 3PL exposure and forklift certification are a plus. OT may be payable depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with 3PL is advantageous.
• Forklift certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations.
• Plan daily manpower and work allocation.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock checks and stock takes.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • 4-3-3-4, (8pm - 8am)

• Salary: Up to 3800

• Location: West or North.
