Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading and dispatch activities, while guiding the team to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management, with 2–3 years of working experience. 3PL experience is advantageous, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management.
• 2-3 years working experience.
• Experience with 3PL is advantageous.
• Forklift experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations.
• Plan daily manpower and work allocation.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock checks and stock takes.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

  • 5 - 5.5 Working Days

  • 4-3-3-4, Night Shift (8pm - 8am)

• Salary: Up to 3800

• Location: West or North.
