Job summary

Wuxi Biologics Biopharmaceuticals Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to receive, store, and issue DS/DP materials and packaging in a GMP environment. You will handle SAP transactions, perform labeling, and ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock takes.

You will work closely with QA/QC, Production, Logistics, and external warehouses to maintain smooth material flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or equivalent with relevant warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience handling DS/DP, temperature-controlled, GMP, or regulated materials is preferred; candidates from production line with DS/DP welcome.
• Ability to perform material receiving, storage, issuing, inventory management, and SAP transactions, with the capability to work independently in daily warehouse operations and demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Forklift License

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and put away DS/DP materials, raw materials, and packaging materials per GMP procedures.
• Perform material receipt, issuance, inventory transfer, and SAP transactions with accurate records.
• Label materials at pallet, carton, and package levels and manage storage and internal distribution.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Warehouse operations including weighing, dispensing, and ensuring proper storage of temperature-controlled, hazardous, and regulated materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and daily housekeeping per GMP; report safety or quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, MSAT, Procurement, Logistics, and external warehouses to ensure smooth material flow.
• Support equipment inspections, calibration, maintenance, and qualification activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement to improve warehouse efficiency and compliance.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, unload, and put away DS/DP materials, raw materials, and packaging materials in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.

• Perform material receipt, issuance, inventory transfer, and related SAP transactions accurately, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate records.

• Perform material labeling activities, including pallet, carton, and individual package labeling.

• Perform material storage, staging, issuing, internal distribution, and returned material handling activities.

• Perform inventory management activities including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, inventory investigation, and periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Perform material dispensing, weighing, and related warehouse operational activities in accordance with approved procedures

• Ensure DS/DP materials, temperature-controlled materials, hazardous materials, and regulated materials are stored, transported, and managed under required conditions.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, line clearance, and daily housekeeping activities in accordance with GMP requirements.

• Conduct routine warehouse inspections and promptly report safety, quality, inventory, or operational issues.

• Support sample transportation, QC sampling activities, material transfers, and related logistics coordination.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, MSAT, Procurement, Logistics, and external warehouse providers to ensure smooth material flow.

• Support warehouse equipment inspections, calibration, maintenance, and qualification activities.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance.

Requirement:
