Job summary

NUSANTARA PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a skilled warehouse professional to manage daily operations in compliance with GMP standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a GMP warehouse, proficiency in SAP WM/EWM, and a valid forklift license.

This 12-month position includes responsibilities for inventory accuracy, equipment operation, and supporting quality initiatives, ensuring a clean and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on GMP warehouse experience in pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.
• Proficient in SAP WM/EWM and Microsoft Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Pivot Table).
• Valid forklift license.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and good documentation practices.
• Able to work independently with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse operations in compliance with GMP, including receiving, storage, sampling support, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and documentation within SAP.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely, including pallet movers and mobile racking systems.
• Conduct routine inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, ensure GDP/GMP compliance, and support internal/external audits.
• Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas and report any EMS alerts or abnormalities.
• Support warehouse process improvement initiatives and participate in safety/quality compliance activities.

About You:

• 3 - 5 years of hands‑on GMP warehouse experience in pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.
• Proficient in SAP WM/EWM and Microsoft Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Pivot Table).
