Job summary

NAVAL GROUP FAR EAST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage receiving, inspection, and ERP-based GRPO processes.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, conduct counts, and prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation. The role requires a valid driving license, proficiency with SAP B1 or other ERP systems, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will contribute to 5S standards and safe, efficient order

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Operator or similar role.
• Valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficiency with SAP B1 or any ERP system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments; perform GRPO in ERP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders; label and document shipments.
• Operate company vehicle for collection and delivery; keep vehicle clean.
• Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks; report issues.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation.
• Store inventory with proper labeling and access.
• Follow 5S standards and maintain warehouse security.
• Address and resolve order, collection, or delivery issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform GRPO transactions in ERP
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Pick and pack orders according to standards; prepare shipments with proper labelling and documentation
• Use a company vehicle for order collection and delivery; maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Safely operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; perform routine maintenance and report issues
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
• Organize and store inventory; ensure proper labelling and storage for easy access
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security
• Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role
• Valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle
