MITSUI & CO. GLOBAL LOGISTICS (ASIA) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily warehouse tasks including put away, picking, packing and inventory maintenance. You will carry out quality checks and ensure accurate dispatch of orders to logistics partners, while maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and adapt to OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Able to stand for long periods and carry heavy loads.
• Read and write simple English; good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work OT and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations: put away, picking, packing/wrapping and inventory maintenance.
• Quality checks on received items and picked products.
• Dispatch orders to logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory with counts and cycle counts.

Job Description: -

• Perform daily warehouse operations such as put away, picking, packing/ wrapping and inventory maintenance.
• Perform quality checks on received items and picked products
• . Perform physical duties, including lifting and carrying items of 10kg or more, is required
• Dispatch orders accurately to logistics partners
• Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
• Perform daily housekeeping of the operation area such as disposal of damaged pallets, and other unwanted packing materials upon completion of operations, and cleaning up the warehouse areas.
• Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged cartons.
• Ensure warehouse safety and adhere SOP.
• Responsible for the store security and cargo preservation.
• To be aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts.
• To provide back up in the absence of peers.
• Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Participate in annual stock take and cycle count.
• Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

• Proven work experience in warehouse environment.
• Min. GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended period
• Ability to carry heavy loads when needed
• Able to read / write simple English
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a team
• Able to commit OT when required
