Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Singapore to handle daily warehouse tasks, operate MHE, and perform stock checks. You will receive shipments, ensure proper storage, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to procedures and instructions.

The role requires RF scanner proficiency, SAP WMS experience, and a willingness to work beyond regular hours or on weekends. Collaborative teamwork and good communication are essential in this fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations in a multinational or freight-forwarding company
• GCE 'N' or 'O' Level; Certification in Logistics Management is advantageous
• Forklift license and ability to operate MHE
• Experience with RF scanners and SAP WMS is a plus
• Willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends when required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform daily warehouse operations per procedures and work instructions
• Report and elevate any exceptions to superiors
• Conduct routine or ad-hoc stock counts as directed
• Maintain housekeeping and tidiness of work areas
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of MHE as trained
• Receive incoming shipments; check goods against documents and store properly

General Description

• To understand and perform daily operations / tasks as per procedures and work instructions.
• To report and elevate to superiors on any exceptions in the course of daily operation.
• To perform routine or ad-hoc stock counts as per instructed.
• To ensure good housekeeping practices in the course of work.
• To ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of work areas.
• To ensure that MHEs are operated in a safe manner as per training received.
• To ensure that MHEs are maintained accordingly as per instructed
• Any other assigned duties as directed by the superior
• Receiving of incoming shipment, check goods received against documents and condition of goods, and storage

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in warehousing or logistics background with forklift license
• Experienced in using RF Scanners a must.
• Experienced in SAP Warehouse Management Systems a plus.
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends where necessary.
• Hands-on experience in warehousing or logistics background with forklift license

Experience and Qualification
