Job summary

UPS in Singapore is looking for dedicated personnel for various warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping materials accurately, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A forklift license is advantageous and familiarity with warehouse equipment is required.

This fixed-term position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment while adhering to standard operating procedures. Ideal candidates should have at least a secondary school education.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Secondary school education.
• Possess forklift license is an advantage.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment: Reach-truck and Hand pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Picking, Pack out, Shipping and issue materials accurately.
• Release cargo to forwarder / carrier.
• Handling manifest.
• Verify physical stock against documentation.
• Perform cycle-count; receive indirect materials on behalf of end users.
• Perform housekeeping of warehouse or production store facilities.
• Upkeep and maintenance of materials handling equipment.
• Observe and comply with standard operating procedures.
• Observe and comply with warehouse safety and health rules.
• Inspect all Outbound orders info against physical documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cycle-count; receive indirect materials on behalf of end users
• Perform housekeeping of warehouse or production store facilities
• Upkeep and maintenance of materials handling equipment
• Observe and comply with standard operating procedures
• Observe and comply with warehouse safety and health rules
• Inspecting all Outbound orders info (Serial number, CoO, HS Code, ECCN, Export License Category, Strategic Good Indicator) against the physical, Invoice and factory label.
