Job summary

Alps Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform picking, packing, receiving and general warehouse duties at our Singapore facility. The role requires careful handling of cargo, adherence to SOPs and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, is physically fit to lift up to 15kg, can operate a hand pallet jack, and communicates in written and spoken English. WMS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg.
• Experience with hand pallet jack is preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS would be advantageous.
• Written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Pick & pack, shrink wrap, pull pallets and perform general warehouse duties.
• Receive, handle, load and unload incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Check cargo to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Handle goods with care to prevent damage during movement and storage.
• Report cargo damages, discrepancies or shortages to Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Sort cargo according to SOP and supervisor directions.
• Pack cargo securely based on handling guidelines and SOP.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work areas are hazard-free.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report faulty equipment immediately.
• Support team and assist in other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

• Picking & Packing, shrink wrapping, pull pallets and general warehouse duties

• Receive, handle, load, unload incoming and outgoing cargo

• Conduct checks on cargo to ensure accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing cargo

• Handle all goods with care to prevent damage during movement and storage

• Report any cargo damages,discrepanciesor shortages to Supervisor / Team Leader

• Sort cargo according to relevant SOP set by the Supervisor / Team Leader

• Pack cargo securely based on handling guidelines and SOP

• Always ensure good housekeeping of the warehouse

• Ensure work areas are free from hazard and obstructions

• Handle warehouse equipment / tools in a proper and safe manner

• Report any faulty or damaged equipment to Supervisorimmediately

• Support team members andassistin other warehouse duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Requirements
