BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support receiving, storage and issuing materials in a fast-paced facility in Singapore.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse or production experience, willingness to rotate shifts, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for inventory control. Attention to detail and organised work habits are essential to ensure accurate records and smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production or warehouse environment.
• Willing to work rotating / odd shift hours.
• Experience handling raw materials, inventory control or production support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar inventory management systems.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Responsible, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store materials according to FIFO/FEFO and storage conditions.
• Issue materials for production and orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock situations.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes to keep records accurate.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report stock variances.
• Maintain inventory records and support smooth material flow for production.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Store materials in designated locations according to FIFO/FEFO requirements and specified storage conditions.

• Issue raw materials, packaging materials and consumables according to production and order requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and promptly highlight low-stock situations or material shortages.

• Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials and stock variances.

• Maintain proper inventory records and support smooth material flow for production operations.

• Follow workplace safety procedures, housekeeping standards and company policies.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment will be an added advantage.

• Willing to work rotating / odd shift hours.

• Experience handling raw materials, inventory control or production support is preferred.
