Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Logistic Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive KPI performance, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound processing.

You will manage inventory, coach staff, maintain WMS data, prepare reports, and lead process improvements. This on-site role requires 5+ years in logistics, 3+ in leadership, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• O-Level or Diploma in logistics-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Lead the warehouse team to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of inbound and outbound activities.
• Supervise staff performance and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure warehouse processes comply with SOPs, safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and inventory analysis.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Update and maintain inventory information in the WMS.
• Prepare and analyse inventory-related reports.
• Highlight warehouse irregularities and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
• Assist with process improvement projects.
• Communicate with customers regarding operational and service-related matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000/month
