Job summary

Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced logistics professional to ensure accurate receipt, storage and security of goods within the warehouse. You will design and monitor efficient processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support customers with tailored logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher and at least 5 years in logistics, with knowledge of WMS/TMS/OMS and MS Office. Forklift license is preferred to enhance on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS/OMS and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accurate reporting to procedures.
• Forklift license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and analyze root causes affecting warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of inventory.
• Analyze logistics data to improve lead times and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in outbound/inbound logistics and costs.
• Maintain customer relationships and meet KPIs with prompt issue resolution.
• Attend monthly KPI review meetings with the customer.
• Ensure warehouse safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Support customers' logistical needs and optimize resource deployment.
• Review daily procedures to improve productivity and flows.
