Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics industry.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with warehouse operations and operations development.
• Competent in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Customer service oriented with focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics arrangements with internal and external parties (queries, SOPs, operations, complaints).
• Lead and support the team; provide training and ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in Business Excellence initiatives of the company.
• Manage logistics activities at national scope.
