Job summary

A & ONE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Store Administration professional to manage the warehouse and supervise staff, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient processes.

You will coordinate with production to align material flow and maintain strict inventory control. The role requires hands-on Excel skills and a minimum of 3 years in logistics/warehousing, including 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Preferred with Secondary / NTC level in any discipline.
• Hands on application knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in logistics / warehousing management environment, of which with 1-2 years in leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Execute directives for the Store Department to meet management objectives.
• Manage the warehouse department and supervise warehouse personnel for proper store control.
• Monitor and ensure smooth flow of materials to production requirements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• In charge of stock counting and inventory accuracy.
• Review store procedures and policies to improve efficiency and stock accuracy.
• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands based on production schedule and workflow.
• Co-operate with supervisors to coordinate activities across departments and serve internal customers.
