Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a busy manufacturing warehouse. You will guide the team, oversee receiving, kitting, and dispatch, and coordinate with Planning to align with production schedules.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, 5S discipline, and close collaboration with Facilities, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the warehouse team to keep productivity and efficiency high.
• Oversee receiving, kitting, and dispatch to align with Planning's production schedule.
• Control inventory levels and minimise stock discrepancies through regular stock counts (monthly and quarterly).
• Keep SAP records and physical stock counts aligned and accurate.
• Maintain safety, 5S practices, and an organised store layout with the team.
• Coordinate equipment servicing with Facilities and partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality on daily operations.
• Track and report on warehouse activities, ensuring accurate documentation of all deliveries.
