Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supervisory or assistant management role within warehouse or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor transportation schedules and coordinate with transport providers and logistics partners.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate work schedules to achieve targets.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and identify process improvements.
• Prepare monthly budget reports and variance analyses.
