Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle daily operations, process orders, and ensure accurate inventory management. The role involves picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating with Procurement, Finance and Sales to ensure timely fulfilment.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics and comfortable with SOPs and safety procedures, with willingness to work overtime and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in warehouse, logistics, order processing or inventory management is an advantage.
• Hands-on picking, packing, receiving and stock handling experience.
• Basic computer skills to update inventory and records.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures and documentation requirements.
• Willing to work overtime based on operational needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatching of products.
• Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and within the required timelines.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of products according to company SOPs and GDP requirements.
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor product shelf life and manage FEFO/FIFO inventory principles.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist with product returns, quarantine and disposal processes according to company procedures.
• Ensure warehouse documentation and records are complete and audit-ready.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy and safety.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
