Job summary

NETWORK EXPRESS COURIER SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Executive in Singapore to coordinate daily warehouse activities and support timely parcel dispatch and delivery. You will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers and the customer service team to ensure smooth operations and proper handling of customer goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or related field.
• Ability to coordinate daily workflows or small team.
• Proficient with computers, Excel, scanners and delivery systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, scanning, sorting, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of parcels and goods.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery orders and system records, ensuring quantities, labels and destinations are correct.
• Organise parcels according to delivery routes, service requirements and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers and the operations team on loading, collections, deliveries and returned or undelivered parcels.
• Monitor shipment movements and investigate missing, damaged, misrouted or unaccounted-for items.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, stock records where applicable, delivery documents and handover records.
• Liaise with customer service to resolve shipment discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress to meet operational deadlines.
• Ensure parcels and customers' goods are handled securely and carefully during storage, loading and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderly storage and safe working practices.
• Prepare operational dashboard reports, highlight operational challenges and bottlenecks, and recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time.
• Support other warehouse and courier operations duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, courier services or a related field.
• Experience coordinating daily workflows or a small operations team would be an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, barcode scanners and delivery management systems.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse colleagues and customer service staff.
• Responsible, dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing and able to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including parcel handling, with appropriate equipment and safe work procedures.
