Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and manage frontline staff. The role focuses on ensuring efficient inbound/outbound operations and maintaining SOP compliance within a fast-paced 3PL/logistics environment.

You will coordinate with customers and transport partners, drive productivity improvements, and support safety and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, SCM or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' warehouse or logistics experience.
• 1-2 years' experience managing frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory operations.
• Coordinate with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders; ensure SOP compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory activities; manage workflow and resources; coordinate with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders; address operational issues; ensure SOP and safety compliance; prepare operational and KPI reports; and support productivity and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline; 3-5 years' warehouse or logistics experience; and 1-2 years' experience managing frontline staff. Experience in a 3PL, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.

Additional:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-6:15 pm either
• Monday-Thursday and Sunday, 1:00 pm-10:45 pm either
• Tuesday-Saturday, 10:45 pm-8:30 am (overnight)
