Job summary

W NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take charge of daily warehouse and logistics operations. You will lead the warehouse team, manage inventory and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems. Mandarin is an advantage for stakeholder communication in our network.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with team management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and delivery coordination.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and able to own operations.
• Able to lead and communicate with warehouse staff and drivers.
• Mandarin communication is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead the warehouse team and plan manpower and work allocation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection arrangements.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe and efficient.
• Identify ways to improve workflow, productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and Operations to support business needs.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take charge of our daily warehouse and logistics operations.

You will lead the warehouse team, manage inventory and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead the warehouse team and plan daily manpower and work allocation.

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection arrangements.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or operational issues.
• Ensure the warehouse is organised, safe and operating efficiently.
• Identify practical ways to improve warehouse workflow, productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams to support business needs.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and delivery coordination.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to take ownership of operations.
• Able to lead and communicate effectively with warehouse staff and drivers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with WMS / ERP / inventory systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
