is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment, and ensure smooth unloading of goods from containers. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works with internal teams and external partners to coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
• Managing and ensuring the smooth unloading of goods from containers into warehouse.
• Ensuring that the warehouse is maintained by the warehousing team and stepping in when necessary.
• Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries, ensuring that all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
• Ensure Daily and weekly KPIs of the heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.
