Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign duties to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts and proper inventory records.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with logistics, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and organization of products.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies or losses.
• Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory, deliveries, productivity, and operational issues.
• Identify operational improvements to reduce costs, minimize errors, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
