Job summary

Heraldic PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

You will partner with Purchasing, Logistics and Sales to optimise order fulfilment, maintain inventory integrity through regular counts, and drive process improvements across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy and regular stock checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, sales and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing and dispatch teams to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods to verify accurate quantity, quality, and documentation compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, organisation, and handling of products following company procedures.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, sales and other departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and ensure orders are processed accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist in planning manpower, developing work schedules, and assigning daily warehouse tasks to optimize resource allocation.
• Enforce workplace safety standards, warehouse procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse operations, inventory control, and overall efficiency.
• Train and guide warehouse employees on correct procedures and safe handling practices to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed warehouse reports, inventory records, and operational documentation for management review.
