Job summary

• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Check delivery orders, invoices, stock records, and other warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with the production, purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor stock movements and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

12. Guide warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, packing, and safety procedures.
13. Assist in planning manpower and workflow to meet operational and delivery requirements.
14. Help reduce stock damage, wastage, and operational delays through proper warehouse practices.
15. Assist the Warehouse Manager in preparing inventory and operational reports.
16. Take charge of warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager when required.
17. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
