Job summary

CONCEPT ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will plan receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will supervise warehouse staff, maintain stock records, plan manpower and schedules, enforce safety procedures, monitor equipment, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to optimize space and efficiency.

Qualifications

Job description

• Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations.
• Plan and control receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, helpers, and other warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and organization of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the purchasing/procurement team.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers, customers, drivers, and logistics teams.
• Ensure all delivery orders, goods received notes, stock issue records, and related documents are properly maintained.
• Monitor damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving stock and report to management.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and proper material arrangement.
• Plan manpower requirements, duty schedules, and daily work assignments.
• Ensure warehouse staff follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor forklifts, pallet jacks, racks, and other warehouse equipment for safe operation.
• Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure materials are issued and delivered according to requirements.
• Prepare inventory, warehouse performance, and operational reports for management.
