Job summary

Akribis Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day store operations in Singapore. The role involves organizing store activities, handling inspections, and ensuring goods comply with delivery orders.

You will pick, pack, and arrange warehouse items while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards. The position requires at least N/O level and offers opportunities for cycle counts, data entry, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level / 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in warehouse and/or related field/industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Confident personality with business acumen and self-motivation.
• Critical decision making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assist in day-to-day operation of store
• Prepare incoming and outgoing inspection
• Issue and inspect all goods for compliance to the deliver order
• Picking & Packing of goods
• Perform loading/unloading/arranging of warehouse cargo and items
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily store activities
• Assist to perform cycle count and stock take when needed
• Perform stock data entry transaction in the inventory system
• To comply with security and safety rules and regulations
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse and store area
• To carry out and perform refilling duties and prepare refilling records
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior
