Job summary

Nexbridge Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Warehouse/Operations candidate to support stock control and order fulfilment. You will pack stock, coordinate courier services, liaise with Operations and Accounts, perform data entry, and maintain inventory records.

Responsibilities include daily stock counts, stock in/out, updating the ecommerce system, and assisting with ad-hoc duties as required. The role requires neatness, teamwork, and reliable, hands-on organisation.

Qualifications

• Well-organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pack stock accurately for deliveries and courier dispatch
• Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Liaise with Operations and Accounts departments on order status and payment matters
• Perform data entry, filing, and printing of relevant documents
• Conduct daily stock counts and stock checks to ensure accurate and sufficient inventory levels
• Receive and issue stock accurately in line with inventory procedures
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports
• Manage stock in and out (inventory control)
• Manage and update the ecommerce system — create and update order statuses
• Lift, carry, load, and unload goods as required
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
