Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at our Singapore facility, handling receiving, storing, and organizing goods while ensuring accurate picking and packing of orders.

You will contribute to stock transfers, cycle counts, and deliveries, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The role requires basic computer skills and a willingness to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• Manual handling and ability to lift goods when required.
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Arrange and organize products in the warehouse.
• Perform stock counting and inventory checks.
• Label, sort, and record items properly.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., trolley, pallet jack, scanner).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Assist with stock transfers and deliveries.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
