Job summary

ASSA ABLOY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will handle receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics tasks while ensuring safety.

The role requires good organizational skills, ability to lift items, basic computer literacy, and teamwork. Shift work may be required and opportunities for progression to supervisor roles are available.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Basic computer literacy (inventory software, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders.
• Label, store, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Assist in stock counts and update inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with drivers and couriers for deliveries; assist in loading/unloading.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly.
