Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch in line with SOPs.

You will ensure accurate handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and operate basic warehouse equipment. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and orderly warehouse areas, with shift handovers and support for peak operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
