Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage inventory of smart locks, spare parts, and demo units. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate replacement parts with suppliers, and prepare items for installations.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, monitoring stock levels, and supporting installation teams. Ability to perform testing on demo units and generate periodic inventory reports is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory for hardware components.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to assist with installation prep and urgent tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock replenishment.

• Support installation teams and resellers with materials and urgent needs.
• Perform functional testing and setup of demo units before deployment.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status and progress.
• Ensure warehouse efficiency and smooth coordination with suppliers.

Warehouse & Inventory Executive

• Salary Range: $2,800 - $3,200 + PB

• Company Industry: Digital Lock

• Working days: 5 days work week | off Sunday and Monday

• Working hours: 8am - 6pm

• Working Location: Woodlands (Industrial showroom / warehouse)

Job Summary

• Manage inventory of smart locks, spare parts, and demo units to ensure accurate stock availability.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.

• Process and coordinate replacement parts orders with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Prepare products and spare parts for installations and provide operational support when required.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, warehouse documentation, and replacement logs.

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent inventory shortages.

• Support installation teams and resellers by preparing materials and assisting with urgent operational needs.

• Perform functional testing and setup of demo units before deployment.

• Generate regular reports on inventory status, replacement orders, and operational progress.

• Ensure warehouse efficiency, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirement:
