Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage inventory of smart locks, spare parts, and demo units. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate replacement parts with suppliers, and prepare items for installations.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, monitoring stock levels, and supporting installation teams. Ability to perform testing on demo units and generate periodic inventory reports is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory for hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of smart locks, spare parts, and demo units.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving and organizing stock.
• Coordinate replacement parts orders with suppliers for timely fulfillment.
• Prepare products and spare parts for installations.
• Maintain inventory records, warehouse docs, and replacement logs.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Support installation teams and resellers with materials and urgent needs.
• Perform functional testing and setup of demo units before deployment.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status and progress.
• Ensure warehouse efficiency and smooth coordination with suppliers.
