• Support general warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe stock handling.

Jurong West | SAP | Cold Store Environment | 5.5 Days

Work Location: Jurong West - Approximately 5 bus stops from Boon Lay MRT

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse, logistics and inventory operations in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate daily warehouse and inventory activities, including receiving, storage and stock movement.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

• Ensure timely product availability to support daily operational requirements.

• Liaise with suppliers, Procurement, QA and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues, stock shortages and product quality matters.

• Perform logistics and inventory transactions using the SAP system.

• Process Delivery Orders (DO), Post Goods Issue (PGI) and other stock transactions.

• Conduct stock checks, stock reconciliation and follow up on inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure proper documentation and accurate recording of all stock movements.

• Coordinate with warehouse team members on daily inventory and operational requirements.

• Support general warehouse and logistics duties when required.

• Maintain good housekeeping, workplace safety and proper stock handling standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics or supply chain operations.

• Experience handling stock receiving, stock movement, deliveries and inventory replenishment.

• Experience using SAP for warehouse or inventory transactions will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with Delivery Order processing, PGI and stock management is preferred.

• Able to conduct stock checks and inventory reconciliation.

• Must be comfortable and able to work in a cold store / chilled warehouse environment.

• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• Able to coordinate effectively with different departments and external suppliers.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently.
