Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper for a cold room environment at Boon Lay. The role requires receiving and releasing inventory, packing/unpacking, and maintaining accurate stock records. You will organize stock using FIFO methods, ensure cleanliness, and perform regular stock checks.

Working hours are 5.5 days (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 8am–12pm). Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,500 per month. A forklift license is a bonus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and release of inventory, packing/unpacking and assembling. Store incoming and outgoing stock to/from warehouse inventory.
• Plan, organise and maintain stocks and manage inventory using FIFO or other methods to ensure stocks are cleared properly.
• Update stock records and maintain inventories including store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Perform stock checks and resolve discrepancies with system records.
• Inspect packages to ensure they are not damaged.
• Pull and pack orders, label food packaging.
• Assist in stock-taking.

Job Scope (Responsibilities)

• Receive and release of inventory, performs packing/ unpacking and assembling. Include storing of incoming and outgoing stock to/ from warehouse inventory
• Plan, organise and maintain stocks and manage inventory and apply first-in-first-out (FIFO) method or other appropriate method or managing inventory to ensure that stocks are cleared in the right manner
• Update stock record and maintain proper records of inventories including maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness
• Perform stock check and resolve discrepancy with system record.
• Inspecting packages to ensure that they are not damaged
• Pulling and packing of orders, labelling of food packaging
• Assist in stock-taking
