Job summary

ZHEN TANG PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Order Fulfilment specialist in Singapore to manage end-to-end packing, dispatch, and stock updates across platforms like TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.

You will coordinate inbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support returns, cycles, and live-session prep. Chinese-speaking preferred for supplier communication, with salary discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory systems; BigSeller experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to track supplier orders, inbound shipments, and stocking.
• Familiar with cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and packing live-sale items.

Responsibilities

• Own physical fulfilment and inbound tracking for TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
• Process receiving, packing, and stock put-away; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow up supplier orders and report discrepancies to Operations Lead within 24 hours.
• Prepare stock for live sessions and keep packing stations stocked and organised.
• Help document and improve warehouse SOPs and daily task bank.

Job description

Order Fulfilment

Download, pick, pack, and dispatch orders across all platforms by cut-off times

• · Use BigSeller to process orders and update stock records
• · Prepare and hand over wholesale shipments
• · Handle returns intake, inspection, and restocking
• · Keep packing stations stocked and organised

Inbound coordination

Track open supplier orders and expected arrival dates

• · Follow up with suppliers/China team for readiness, packing lists, shipping documents, and tracking numbers
• · Maintain an inbound tracker: PO details, SKUs/quantities, ETA, shipping mode, status, exceptions
• · Schedule receiving based on ETA and warehouse capacity
• · Receive stock: check quantity, condition, SKU/label accuracy, take photos, report discrepancies
• · Update inventory records and put away stock
• · Flag delays, short shipments, damages, or wrong SKUs to the Operations Lead within 24 hours

Inventory and readiness

• · Perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• · Assemble kits/bundles and pre-pack live-sale bestsellers
• · Prepare stock and packing materials ahead of TikTok live sessions
• · Keep the warehouse clean, safe, labelled, and organised
• · Help document and improve warehouse SOPs
• · During low-order periods, work through the daily task bank: receiving, cycle counts, returns, prep, and process improvement

We’re looking for someone to own physical fulfilment and inbound tracking — not just packing. You’ll pick/pack orders across TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee. Receive stock, maintain inventory accuracy, handle returns, and follow up supplier orders from confirmation to arrival.

Preferred: Experience with inventory systems and BigSeller (or similar e-commerce order/inventory platforms) is a strong advantage.
