Job summary

Australia Health Warehouse in Singapore is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and order fulfilment activities in an air-conditioned Tai Seng facility. You will handle picking, packing, shipping documentation, and stock control, contributing to smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

The role requires 1 year of ecommerce warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level / NITEC qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, RedMart, or Facebook Marketplace.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Able to perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, receiving, and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, check, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and other documents.
• Monitor order status and follow up on fulfilment issues.
• Coordinate with delivery and logistics providers when required.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory movements.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Conduct stock counts and update inventory records.
• Organise and maintain proper storage of products in the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.

About the role
