E-CONTRACT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Online Order Fulfilment Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and processing of online marketplace orders. The team handles about 2,000 orders daily with around 15 staff, across products including cosmetics, household goods and personal care.

No prior experience required. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners/PDA are needed to pick, pack and label shipments accurately, and to maintain daily productivity targets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle orders received through online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Pick products according to order requirements and prepare them for packing.
• Use PDA, mobile devices or scanners to scan and verify items.
• Pack products according to customer and seller instructions.
• Print and attach AWB shipping labels before dispatch.
• Check order details and packing accuracy before shipment.
• Rotate between different customer accounts and workstations as needed.
• Maintain the required daily productivity level and follow warehouse procedures.

About the role

We are looking for an Online Order Fulfilment Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and the processing of online marketplace orders. The operation handles approximately 2,000 orders daily with a warehouse team of around 15 staff. Products handled include shampoo, milk powder, cosmetics, household products and other consumer goods.

• Pack products according to individual customer and seller instructions
