Job summary

ZAC MEAT & POULTRY PTE LTD is seeking a warehouse associate in Singapore to ensure accurate receipt of goods and efficient daily warehouse operations. You will handle inbound/outbound movements, inventory control, and order fulfillment for deliveries to the logistics team.

The role requires familiarity with SAP or WMS, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with safety-first forklift operation and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with SAP or any WMS system.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receipt of items per SOPs and protocols.
• Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, and issuing goods for deliveries to logistics.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers for daily transfers and deliveries.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain data accuracy.
• Submit daily inventory reports to sales/production/procurement teams.
• Conduct monthly stock-take and daily data entry in SAP.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Stuff, unstuff, restack, and label products as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments on warehouse and logistics matters.
• Resolve inventory or warehouse issues promptly.
• Operate forklift and reach truck following safety protocols.
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

Key Tasks:

• Ensureaccuratereceipt of itemsin accordance withestablished SOPs andprotocols.
• Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouseoperationseffectively.
• Supportordersfulfilment, picking, packing,andissuinggoods for deliveries tothelogisticteam.
• Coordinate with third partylogistics(3PL) providers for daily inventory transfers and deliveries.
• Manages warehouseinventory andmaintainsdatabaseaccuracy.
• Submits the daily inventory report to update the inventory status to sales team/ production team/ procurement team
• Conductmonthly stock-take exercise, perform daily inventory data entry in SAP system / upload the daily transfer/receivingrecord.
• Maintain a clean,safe,and organized warehouse environment.
• Stuff, Unstuff, Restack, and labelof products as needed.
• Coordinate and liaiseeffectivelywiththe inter-departmentrelated toall warehouse and logistic concerns.
• Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Operatethe forkliftand reach truck as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisor
