The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, can lift up to 15 kg, and is comfortable with repetitive tasks. Competitive salary package of up to SGD 2000 plus bonuses. This is a permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday.

Overview

Industry/ Organization Type: FMCG Wholesaler

Position Title: Warehouse Assistant (Product labelling and Packing)

Working Location: West - Tuas (Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT, drop off at Joon Koon MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am - 4.45pm)

Salary Package: Up to SGD 2000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently apply labels to products and packaging in accordance with company guidelines
• Ensure label accuracy by verifying that all printed information meets established quality standards
• Sort, organize, and prepare products for the labeling process while maintaining a neat and organized workspace
• Pack and secure products properly to prepare them for safe and timely shipment
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and on-time task completion
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of working experience in related field
• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 15 kg and standing for extended periods
• Willing and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving cartons
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible to work overtime based on operational or business needs
