Job summary

TI PARTS (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant at our Rochor location to support daily order fulfilment alongside the Warehouse Supervisor. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, pick and pack orders, and ensure secure handling of stock.

The role requires attention to detail, basic numeracy, and the ability to use computer systems and barcode scanners. Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience is an advantage, and willingness to learn bicycle components and our procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately against orders, checking codes and quantities.
• Pack orders securely, create shipping labels and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Receive incoming goods, inspect quantities and report discrepancies.
• Label, sort and store products in designated locations.
• Update stock movements and inventory records accurately.
• Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Improve storage locations, SKU labels, barcode records and stock-tracking procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Coordinate with supervisor to resolve fulfilment issues.

Location: ROCHOR 188504, next to Rochor MRT station

Working Days and Hours: 5.5days a week , 9 Hours a day include lunch break
Basic Monthly Salary: S$2,000 , depending on relevant skills and experience. Overtime pay is additional and will be paid in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

About the Role

TI PARTS specialises in premium bicycle components and accessories. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to work alongside our Warehouse Supervisor, support daily order fulfilment and help maintain an organised and accurate inventory system.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately against order details, checking product codes, specifications, variants and quantities.
• Pack orders securely, prepare shipping labels and organise parcels for dispatch.
• Receive incoming goods, check quantities and condition, and report discrepancies.
• Label, sort and store products in their designated locations.
• Update stock movements and inventory records accurately.
• Assist with stock counts and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Help establish and improve storage locations, SKU labels, barcode records and stock-tracking procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and relevant colleagues to resolve fulfilment issues.

Requirements

• Careful attention to detail when identifying small components and similar-looking product variants.
• Basic numeracy and ability to use computers for order checking and stock-record updates.
• Ability to follow work instructions, communicate discrepancies and work cooperatively with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and warehouse procedures.

Relevant Experience — An Advantage

• Warehouse operations, picking and packing, stock control or e-commerce fulfilment.
• Setting up or improving bin locations, SKU labelling, barcode systems or inventory records.
• Using inventory software, barcode scanners, spreadsheets or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of bicycle components.

Work Environment

The role involves standing, walking, repetitive picking and packing, and moving stock and parcels using appropriate handling methods and available equipment.
