Henatenn Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a robotized warehouse environment in Singapore. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching while using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with automated equipment, reading labels, and lifting up to 15 kg. Training is provided, and flexibility for rotating shifts is required to meet operational needs.

Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching of products.
Work with a robotized warehouse system and automated equipment to support daily warehouse operations.
Perform picking and put-away activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Carry out scanning, labelling, and checking beauty products and other goods.
Ensure the correct product, quantity, and label are picked and packed according to orders.
Handle and move cartons/products safely, including fragile boxes up to 15 kg.
Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions.
Report any product, system, robot, or operational issues to the Supervisor.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Able to work 4 days per week on a rotating shift basis, with working hours scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
Working schedules may vary according to operational requirements and will be communicated in advance.
Willing to work in a robotized and technology-driven warehouse environment.
Experience with warehouse automation, robots, scanners, or WMS systems will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
A good team player with good communication and cooperation skills.
Able to lift and move products/cartons up to 15 kg.
Able to read fine print on product labels and perform accurate product checking.
Basic computer skills and WMS knowledge/experience will be an advantage.
Forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
