Job summary

Louis Yen Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation. You will verify item details, update inventory, and maintain accurate records in the system while keeping the warehouse organized and safe.

The role requires basic Excel skills, English communication, and the ability to lift cartons up to 20 kg. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred and independence is valued.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level, Nitec, or equivalent qualification.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Able to communicate in English and work independently.
• Physically able to lift cartons up to 20 kg.
• Experience with barcode systems is an advantage.

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Verify part numbers, quantities, date codes, and carton details.
• Update inventory and shipment records in the system.
• Prepare warehouse and delivery documents.
• Assist with stock counts and maintain proper inventory control.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE “O” Level, Nitec, or equivalent.
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Careful, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Physically fit and able to lift cartons weighing up to 20 kg.
• Experience with electronic components or barcode systems is an advantage.
