Job summary

TI PARTS (SG) PTE LTD is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support picking, packing and inventory accuracy. You will work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient order fulfilment and organised stock control in a busy warehouse environment.

Role requires attention to detail, numeracy and basic computer skills, with opportunities to learn product specs and warehouse procedures while performing stock updates and warehouse safety tasks.

Qualifications

• Careful attention to detail when identifying small components and similar-looking product variants.
• Basic numeracy and ability to use computers for order checking and stock-record updates.
• Ability to follow work instructions, communicate discrepancies and work cooperatively with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately against order details, checking product codes, specifications, variants and quantities.
• Pack orders securely, prepare shipping labels and organise parcels for dispatch.
• Receive incoming goods, check quantities and condition, and report discrepancies.
• Label, sort and store products in their designated locations.
• Update stock movements and inventory records accurately.
• Assist with stock counts and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Help establish and improve storage locations, SKU labels, barcode records and stock-tracking procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and relevant colleagues to resolve fulfilment issues.

Working Days and Hours: 5.5days/week, 9 hours a day include lunch break

Basic Monthly Salary: S$2,000–S$2500, depending on relevant skills and experience. Overtime pay is additional and will be paid in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

About the Role

TI PARTS specialises in premium bicycle components and accessories. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to work alongside our Warehouse Supervisor, support daily order fulfilment and help maintain an organised and accurate inventory system.

• Knowledge of bicycle components.

Work Environment

The role involves standing, walking, repetitive picking and packing, and moving stock and parcels using appropriate handling methods and available equipment.
