Job summary

JOE'S OUTLETS PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations in our Singapore facility. You will oversee inventory accuracy, supervise staff, and coordinate with Purchasing, Retail and E-commerce teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities include stock counts, data reconciliation, safe storage, process improvements and detailed reporting to support stock control and efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise receiving, stock-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to maintain operational accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory to ensure data accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Retail, and E-commerce teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain detailed, up-to-date inventory records for effective stock control.
• Ensure all goods are correctly received, labelled, and stored according to warehouse standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity, performance, and adherence to procedures.
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse SOPs to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Identify and support warehouse process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed warehouse reports and assist with stock take exercises to support inventory management.
