Job summary

Joe's Outlets in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations by managing inventory accuracy, supervising staff, and coordinating with Purchasing, Retail and E-commerce teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

You will lead and train warehouse staff, enforce safety and SOPs, conduct stock counts, reconcile inventory, and prepare detailed reports to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise receiving, stock-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory to ensure data accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Retail, and E-commerce teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain up-to-date inventory records for effective stock control.
• Ensure goods are received, labelled, and stored according to warehouse standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity, performance, and adherence to procedures.
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse SOPs to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Identify and support warehouse process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed warehouse reports and assist with stock take exercises to support inventory management.
