Job summary

SYS-MAC Automation Engineering PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a warehouse associate to support logistics inbound and outbound activities, including packing, labelling, inventory movement and storage.

You will follow written work instructions, perform accurate labelling and packing, and escalate safety or process concerns to supervisors. Basic English and attention to detail are required, with willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail for correct labelling and packing.
• Basic inventory knowledge needed to track items and movements.
• Basic English for communication and understanding of instructions.
• Willing to perform overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Packing & Palletizing and related logistics assistance for movement of stocks/ products
• Label goods received with accuracy and ensure proper storage of goods as required
• Material kitting for outbound transaction & material movement to production shopfloor
• Escalate to Supervisor/ Manager if found concern on safety issues or potential breakdown in warehouse process gaps that may lead to inventory inaccuracy, quality of the materials and delivery during receiving and materials issuing
• Ensure receiving items are correct and complete with the accompanying documents and strictly following the documented Work Instruction and Procedures.
• Notify Logistics for any discrepancy for receiving & outbound items
• Ensure that the storage area and the goods are properly maintained
• Other duties as and when assigned
